    • Discord User ID and Username
    • Twitter/X User ID
  • Solana Wallet Address - For payouts and rewards distribution
  • Avatar - Uploaded by you, or automatically pulled from Discord/Twitter if using social auth
  • Profit and Loss Statistics - Your trading performance data

4.2 Pro Version (Desktop Application)

When you use CoinWave Pro, we collect the following information:

  • IP Address - For security monitoring and fraud prevention
  • Hardware/Device ID - For license activation and device authentication
  • Operating System - For compatibility and support purposes
  • Email Address - For authentication and communication

5. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Account creation and authentication
  • License verification and activation
  • Security monitoring and fraud prevention

9. Data Retention and Account Deletion

9.1 Web Version Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Web account, please fill out the form at coinwave.gg/legal/account-delete-request

Important:

  • Your data will be deleted within 3 months of your request
  • Your Profit and Loss (PnL) statistics will be retained for statistical and legal purposes, even after account deletion
  • All other personal information will be permanently removed

9.2 Pro Version Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Pro account, please contact us via email at legal@coinwave.gg with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request For [Your Email]"

Important:

  • Your permanent license will be deleted along with your account
  • All data will be completely removed and will not be recoverable
  • No information will be retained after deletion
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

10. International Data Transfers

CoinWave stores and processes within the United States. We do not transfer your data internationally or to servers located outside of the United States.

11. Compliance with Regulations

We comply with applicable local, national, and international data protection regulations. We will only hand over your data to law enforcement agencies when they contact us with proper verification and a valid legal request in accordance with applicable laws.
