You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

• The quality, accuracy, or legality of third-party offerings
• Any transactions or interactions between you and third parties
• Disputes, issues, or dissatisfaction arising from third-party services

Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and them. We make no endorsements or guarantees regarding third-party services.

11. Referral Program Abuse

Fraudulent use of our referral program is strictly prohibited. You may not:

• Use your own referral code to obtain discounts
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral benefits
• Engage in any scheme to circumvent our pricing structure

Violation of this policy will result in immediate license revocation, account termination, and forfeiture of all referral rewards without refund. We reserve the right to monitor referral activity and take appropriate action.

12. Payment and Fund Settlement

Once funds from any transaction have been processed and settled through our payment systems, they cannot be recovered, reversed, or resettled under any circumstances. This applies to:
